Included are the following: a. A list of synchros considered by the Department of Defense as standard for use in the design of military equipments. Requirements for the application of synchros in military equipment. Specific requirements for the synchros listed in this standard are included in the latest issue of MIL-S-20708 and its associated specification sheets.

【摘要】:ThispartofISO10300specifiesthefundamentalformulaeforuseinthetooth-bendingstresscalculationofstraightandhelical(skew),zerol-andspiral-bevelgearswithaminimumrimthicknessundertheroot≥3,5mmn.Allloadinfluencesontoothstressareincluded,insofarastheyaretheresultofloadtransmittedbythegearingandabletobeevaluatedquantitatively.(Stressessuchasthosecausedbytheshrink-fittingofgearrims,whicharesuperposedonstressesduetotoothloading,aretobetakenintoconsiderationinthecalculationofthetoothrootstressσForthepermissibletoothrootstressσFP.)TheformulaeinthispartofISO10300arevalidforbevelgearswithteethwithatransversecontactratioofενα＜2,whiletheresultsarevalidwithintherangeoftheappliedfactorsgiveninISO10300-1andISO6336-3.ThispartofISO10300doesnotapplytostresslevelsabovethosepermittedfor10cycles,asstressesinthatrangecouldexceedtheelasticlimitofthegeartooth.CAUTION—Theuseriscautionedthatwhenthemethodsareusedforlargespiralandpressureangles,andforlargefacewidthb＞10mmn,thecalculatedresultsofISO10300shouldbeconfirmedbyexperience.
