【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60317specifiestherequirementsofenamelledroundcopperwindingwireofclass180withadualcoating.Theunderlyingcoatingisbasedonpolyesterorpolyesterimideresin,whichmaybemodifiedprovidingitretainsthechemicalidentityoftheoriginalresinandmeetsallspecifiedwirerequirements.Thesuperimposedcoatingisbasedonpolyamideresin.NOTEAmodifiedresinisaresinthathasundergoneachemicalchange,orcontainsoneormoreadditivestoenhancecertainperformanceorapplicationcharacteristics.Class180isathermalclassthatrequiresaminimumtemperatureindexof180andaheatshocktemperatureofatleast200℃.ThetemperatureindegreesCelsiuscorrespondingtothetemperatureindexisnotnecessarilythatatwhichitisrecommendedthatthewirebeoperatedandthiswilldependonmanyfactors,includingthetypeofequipmentinvolved.Therangeofnominalconductordiameterscoveredbythisstandardisasfollows:-grade1:0,050mmuptoandincluding3,150mm;-grade2:0,050mmuptoandincluding5,000mm;-grade3:0,250mmuptoandincluding1,600mm.ThenominalconductordiametersarespecifiedinClause4ofIEC60317-0-1.
