【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60761isapplicabletoequipmentintendedforthesimultaneous,delayedordiscretesequentialmeasurementofradioactiveiodineinallforms.WhentheeffluentIssampledformeasurement,iodineboundonaerosolsisgenerallycollectedonaprefilterwhichshouldbeanalyzedseparatelyinalaboratorytoprovideacompletemeasurement.Itisapplicabletoequipmentdesignedtofulfillthefollowingfunctions:-themeasurementofthevolumicactivityofiodineandcompoundsofradioactiveiodineingaseouseffluentsorofthereleasediodinetotalactivity;-theactuationofanalarmsignalwheneitherapredeterminedconcentrationorapredeterminedtotalreleasedactivityduetoiodineoritscompoundsisexceeded.Thisequipmentisintendedformeasurementoverawiderangeofactivityinthepresenceofotherradionuclidesinthegaseouseffluent,includingnaturallyoccurringradioactivenuclides.Discriminationagainstotherradionuclidescanbeimportantinmeasuringlowlevelsofradioactiveiodine.Thisstandardconsidersboththeuseofiodinecollectionmediasuchasactivatedcharcoalandthedirectmeasurementofiodineinstacksorventilationducts.Theobjectofthisstandardistolaydownspecificstandardrequirements,includingtechnicalcharacteristicsandgeneraltestconditions,andtogiveexamplesofacceptablemethodsforiodinemonitorsasdefinedinclause4.Thegeneralrequirements,technicalcharacteristics,testprocedures,radiationcharacteristics,electrical,mechanical,safetyandenvironmentalcharacteristicsaregiveninIEC60761-1.Unlessotherwisestated,theserequirementsapplyinthisstandard.
