【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60050givesthegeneralmathematicalterminologyusedinthefieldsofelectricity,electronicsandtelecommunications,togetherwithbasicconceptsinlinearalgebra.Itmaintainsacleardistinctionbetweenmathematicalconceptsandphysicalconcepts,evenifsometermsareusedinbothcases.Anotherpartwilldealwithfunctions.ManymathematicaltermsareusedinIEV,notallofthembeingself-explainatoryoruniquelyunderstood.Theobjectisthereforetocollectsuchmathematicalconceptsandtopresentthemastermsanddescriptionsgiveninlogicalorderaccordingtotheirinterdependence.Thedescriptionsaredefinitionsfromtheterminologicalpointofview,buttheyarenotalwayscompletedefinitionsinmathematicalsense.Theirmaingoalistodistinguishamongparticularconcepts.Inconsequence,thispartoftheIEVshouldnotberegardedasamathematicaltextbook,butratherasasetoftermswiththeirequivalentsinmanylanguagesandwithdescriptionsinthemainIEVlanguages.ThisterminologyisconsistentwiththeterminologydevelopedintheotherspecializedpartsoftheIEV.
