【摘要】:TheDINV18599seriesofprestandardsprovidesamethodologyforcalculatingtheoverallenergybalanceofbuildings.Thedescribedalgorithmisapplicabletothecalculationofenergybalancesfor:--residentialbuildingsandnon-residentialbuildings;--plannedornewbuildingconstructionandexistingbuildings.Theprocedureforcalculatingthebalancesissuitablefor:--balancingtheenergyuseofbuildingswithpartiallypre-determinedboundaryconditions;balancingtheenergyuseofbuildingswithfreely-selectableboundaryconditionsfromthegeneralengineeringaspect,e.g.withtheobjectiveofachievingagoodcomparisonbetweencalculatedandmeasuredenergyratings.Thebalancecalculationstakeintoaccounttheenergyusefor:--heating,--ventilation,--airconditioning(includingcoolingandhumidification),--heatingthedomestichotwatersupply,and--lightingofbuildings,includingtheadditionalelectricpowerinput(auxiliaryenergy)whichisdirectlyrelatedtotheenergysupply.Thisdocumentspecifiesmethodsofcalculatingtheenergyneedsforheatingandcoolingofthesectionofthebuildingbeingassessed.Thecalculationsarebasedonaspecificzoneofthebuildingdefinedaccordingtoitsintendeduse.ThemethodofdefiningbuildingzonesisdescribedinDINV18599-1.DINV18599-10specifiesboundaryconditionswithrespecttoroomtemperature,internalloads,lightingandairchangerequirementsrelatingtothedifferenttypeofroomusage.Theproceduresdescribedinthisstandardaresuitableforcalculatingtheenergyneedforheatingofbuildingzoneswhichhaveonlyheating,aswellastheenergyneedsforheatingandcoolingofbuildingzoneswhichareservedbybothheatingandcoolingsystems.Particularattentionispaidtodeterminingtheenergyneedsforheatingandcoolingofbuildingzonesequippedwithventilationandairconditioningsystems.MethodstodeterminethetotalenergyneedsforheatingandcoolingofbuildingswithventilationandairconditioningsystemsaredescribedinDINV18599-3,whichspecifiestheheat,coolingenergy,steamandelectricalenergyrequiredforoperatingfansforairhandlingandtransport.Tocalculatetheenergyneedsforheatingandcooling,allheatsourcesandsinkswithinthebuildingzoneshallbedeterminedandincludedinthebalancecalculations.ThesecalculationsshallalsoincludetheresultsofothercalculationsdescribedinotherpartsoftheDINV18599seriesofprestandards(e.g.energygainsduetoartificiallightingasdescribedinDINV18599-4,uncontrolledheatgainsduetotheheatingsystemasdescribedinDINV18599-5,etc.).Energyneedsforheatingandcoolingaretheresultofinteractionbetweenthetechnicalcharacteristicsofthebuildingandthebuilding'stechnicalinstallationsandequipmentandoftherequirementsarisingfromthetypeofusage.Potentialenergysavingswhichmaybeachievedbymodificationstothebuildingcanbeestimatedbydeterminingtheenergyneedsforheatingandcooling.Theenergyneededforheatingand,whereapplicable,forcoolingthebuildingzoneshallbeprovidedbyheatingandcoolingsystems.TheenergyusedbytheheatingandcoolingsystemsforsupplyingenergytothezonebeingevaluatedisdeterminedinDINV18599-5toDINV18599-9.Thevaluesofenergyneedcalculatedaccordingtothisdocumentarethebasisforcalculatingtheenergyuseoftheheatingandcoolingsystems.Thismethodisnotsuitableforcalculatingtheenergyneedsforheatingorcoolingofbuildingzoneswithdoubleglassfacades.Aslongasnogenerallyapprovedmethodofcalculatingenergycharacteristicsofdoubleglassfacadesisknown,allfacadesofthistypewhicharesubdividedintoindividualstoreyscanbeincludedinthecalculationsbybeingtreatedassunspaces(unheatedglazedannexes).

【摘要】:Replacethisclauseofpart1bythefollowing:ThispartofIEC60884appliestoswitchedsocket-outletswithinterlockfora.c.only,forfixedelectricalinstallations,withorwithoutearthingcontact,withratedvoltageabove50Vbutnotexceeding440Vandaratedcurrentnotexceeding32A,intendedforhouseholdandsimilarpurposes,eitherindoorsoroutdoors.Switchedsocket-outletswithinterlockaccordingtothisstandardconsistofacombinationofsocket-outletsaccordingtoIEC60884-1,interlockedwithaswitchaccordingtoIEC60669-1and/orIEC60669-2-1suppliedasacompleteunit.Theratedcurrentislimitedto16Amaximumforfixedaccessoriesprovidedwithscrewlessterminals.Thisstandarddoesnotcoverrequirementsforflushmountingboxes.However,itcoversthoserequirementsforsurface-typemountingboxeswhicharenecessaryforthetestsonsocket-outlets.NOTES1GeneralrequirementsformountingboxesarecoveredbyIEC60670.2Interlockedsocket-outletsincorporatingdevicesaccordingtoIEC60898,IEC61008andIEC61009arenotcoveredbythisstandard.Thisstandardmaybeusedasaguidefortherequirementsandtestsoftheseaccessorieswhererelevant.Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto-interlockedsocket-outletsforindustrialpurposes;-interlockedsocket-outletsforSELV.Accessoriescomplyingwiththisstandardaresuitableforuseatanambienttemperaturenotnormallyexceeding25℃,butoccasionallyreaching35℃.
