【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesaninductivelycoupledplasmaopticalemissionspectrometryroutinemethodfortheanalysisofunalloyedandlowalloyedsteels,whoseironcontentshallbeatleast95%.ThismethodisapplicabletotheelementslistedinTable1withintherangesshown.Inallcases,therangesspecifiedcanbeextendedoradapted(aftervalidation)forthedeterminationofothermassfractions,providedthattheironcontentinthesamplesunderconcernisabove95%.Otherelementsmaybeincluded.Howeversuchelementsandtheirmassfractionsshouldbecarefullychecked,takingintoaccountthepossibleinterferences,thesensitivity,theresolutionandthelinearitycriteriaofeachinstrumentandeachwavelength.Dependingalsoonthesensitivityofeachinstrument,suitabledilutionsofthecalibrationandthetestsamplesolutionsmaybenecessary.Moreover,evenifthemethoddescribedis""multielemental"",itisnotabsolutelynecessarytocarryoutthedeterminationofalltheelementsofitsscopesimultaneously:themeasurementconditionshavetobeoptimisedbyeachlaboratory,dependingontheperformancesofeachapparatusavailable.NOTE1Theaccuracyofthemethodisunsatisfactoryforphosphoruscontentsfrom0,05to0,1%.NOTE2Thetruenessofthemethodcouldn'tbecheckedforvanadiumcontentsbelow0,05%.NOTE3Theprecisionofthemethodisunsatisfactoryforaluminium(total)contentsbelow0,02%.
